Blower Door Testing
Building a new home? Building onto the one you have? Or just want to know how much air leakeage you have in your home? We can help.
A blower door test measures the leakage for the house envelope. All new construction and additions over 750sqft need to have a blower door test. Testing can be done anytime after rough in and after installation of penetrations of the building envelope, including for: utilities, plumbing, electrical, ventilations and combustion appliances. After testing is complete, we will give you a certificate of results.
